About Roshanara Begum
Roshanara Begum (1910-1982) of Kirana was a pupil of Abdul Haq of Kirana. She was also greatly influenced by Abdul Karim Khan (and in some accounts is referred to as his daughter). She emigrated to Pakistan after the Partition. Roshanara Begum passed away on December 15, 1982 in Karachi.
