About Sharafat Hussain Khan

Sharafat Hussain Khan (1920-1985) was born in Atrauli and took taleem from the elders of both the Atrauli and Agra traditions. He was the son-in-law of the Agra great Vilayat Hussain Khan (“Pranpiya”). Sharafat Hussain was known for his forceful yet pleasing manner of rendition.
