Hindustani vocalist Gangubai Hangal (b. 1913) was felicitated in Panjim, Goa, on July 07, 2007. The function was organized by a local group Geet Shakun with financial and logistical support from the Government of Goa.
All the photographs were taken with the Canon EOS 5D and the following lenses: Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS at the felicitation function and Canon EF 135mm f/2 L for the portraits.
