Mattancherry Palace (aka Dutch Palace) in Cochin, built in the traditional Nalukettu style by the Portuguese and presented to the Raja of Kochi, Veera Kerala Varma, in 1555. It was renovated by the Dutch in 1664 and now houses a superb museum with holdings of exquisite murals and other works of Art. Unfortunately, photography inside is prohibited.
